Welcome to PickPart ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PickPart mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PickPart — Find Genuine Auto Parts Fast. PickPart connects car owners with verified automotive parts dealers to search inventories, message securely, and arrange delivery. The App facilitates connections between buyers and dealers; PickPart does not itself sell parts except where explicitly stated.
You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use certain features you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When using PickPart you agree not to:
PickPart connects buyers with third-party dealers. Any purchase, shipping, payment, warranty, or guarantee for parts is provided by the dealer unless explicitly provided by PickPart. You agree that PickPart is not responsible for the performance, quality, legality, or safety of parts offered by dealers. We do verify and maintain a network of trusted dealers, but verification cannot guarantee every transaction.
If the App facilitates payments, such payments are subject to the terms of the payment provider and applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All rights, title and interest in the App (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned or licensed by PickPart. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data. By using the App you consent to the collection and use of information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickPart and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PickPart, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may close your account through the App or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
